Maps always stream over a connection on every plan; there are no offline map packs.

How you pay
Where do I subscribe?
On iOS and Android through the App Store or Google Play, so the subscription sits with your other app subscriptions. On the web through Stripe. Either way, Pro applies to your account on every device.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Your first ever Pro subscription starts with seven days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. The trial applies once per account.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play or your Stripe billing page. Pro continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then the free limits apply again. Nothing in your trips is deleted.
What is a trip pass, exactly?
A one-off £4.99 purchase that unlocks every Pro feature on a single trip. It does not renew and never expires while the trip exists. If you later subscribe to Pro, the pass is simply no longer needed.
Are prices the same everywhere?
Prices are shown in GBP including VAT where it applies. The App Store and Google Play show local pricing at checkout, which can differ slightly.
Refunds?
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple or Google under their policies. For web purchases, email hello@strayfolk.app and we will sort it out.
